TSSR is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from spiritual sickness. The only requirement for TSSR membership is a desire to learn about and try the Twelve Step tools and principles for oneself. There are no dues or fees for TSSR membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. TSSR is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy, neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to practice the Twelve Steps in our own lives, and to carry the message of "Recovery For All" to everyone who would like to try these powerful spiritual tools for themselves.
Also, in an effort to honor the traditions of other Twelve Step groups such as AA's tradition of "Primary Purpose", TSSR members are asked to please avoid sharing about TSSR in other Twelve Step fellowship meetings. TSSR believes that every newcomer with problems of alcohol or drugs should first do their Twelve Steps out of the Alcoholics Anonymous or Narcotics Anonymous book to obtain the tools they need to recover from their disease.
